What this prototype does with data.

This is a factual implementation note, not a final legal policy. It records the current behavior so the client can approve the real launch requirements without ambiguity.

What is stored?: Only the text entered into the project brief is written to this tab's session storage so a refresh does not erase the draft. Closing the browser session removes that browser-managed draft.
What happens to selected artwork?: The file remains in temporary browser memory for the current tab. Its contents are not saved to session storage, uploaded to a server, or attached to an email automatically.
Does the form submit anything?: No. The current handoff can copy a text summary or ask the visitor's mail application to prepare a draft. The site cannot confirm that an email was opened, attached, or sent.
Are analytics or tracking active?: No analytics, advertising pixels, consent-management platform, or non-essential cookies are included in this client-review build.
What must change before launch?: The owner must approve the operating entity, domain, contact details, data processors, lawful basis, retention period, visitor rights, applicable jurisdiction, and final privacy and cookie notices before a public release.
