Client-review boundary

What this prototype does with data.

This is a factual implementation note, not a final legal policy. It records the current behavior so the client can approve the real launch requirements without ambiguity.

What is stored?
Only the text entered into the project brief is written to this tab's session storage so a refresh does not erase the draft. Closing the browser session removes that browser-managed draft.
What happens to selected artwork?
The file remains in temporary browser memory for the current tab. Its contents are not saved to session storage, uploaded to a server, or attached to an email automatically.
Does the form submit anything?
No. The current handoff can copy a text summary or ask the visitor's mail application to prepare a draft. The site cannot confirm that an email was opened, attached, or sent.
Are analytics or tracking active?
No analytics, advertising pixels, consent-management platform, or non-essential cookies are included in this client-review build.
What must change before launch?
The owner must approve the operating entity, domain, contact details, data processors, lawful basis, retention period, visitor rights, applicable jurisdiction, and final privacy and cookie notices before a public release.
