Client-review boundary
What this prototype does with data.
This is a factual implementation note, not a final legal policy. It records the current behavior so the client can approve the real launch requirements without ambiguity.
- What is stored?
- Only the text entered into the project brief is written to this tab's session storage so a refresh does not erase the draft. Closing the browser session removes that browser-managed draft.
- What happens to selected artwork?
- The file remains in temporary browser memory for the current tab. Its contents are not saved to session storage, uploaded to a server, or attached to an email automatically.
- Does the form submit anything?
- No. The current handoff can copy a text summary or ask the visitor's mail application to prepare a draft. The site cannot confirm that an email was opened, attached, or sent.
- Are analytics or tracking active?
- No analytics, advertising pixels, consent-management platform, or non-essential cookies are included in this client-review build.
- What must change before launch?
- The owner must approve the operating entity, domain, contact details, data processors, lawful basis, retention period, visitor rights, applicable jurisdiction, and final privacy and cookie notices before a public release.
